What Is pool inspections?
A pool inspection is a top-to-bottom evaluation of a pool and its equipment, most often done before a home purchase. It covers the condition of the shell, plaster, tile, and coping; the pump, filter, heater, and any automation; the safety items like drains and barriers; and the current water chemistry. The result is a written assessment of the pool's condition, the remaining life of major components, and the likely cost of any needed repairs.
